These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Golden Conqueror, including any associated websites, services, game clients, and content (collectively, the "Service"), operated by The Golden Conqueror ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement at any time without notice.
3. Code of Conduct
We want The Golden Conqueror to be an enjoyable and respectful environment for all players. By using the Service you agree to the following:
3.1 No Hate Speech or Harassment
You must not use the Service to post, transmit, or otherwise communicate any content that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing. This includes but is not limited to content targeting a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Harassment of other players — including targeted abuse, sustained unwanted contact, or any behaviour intended to intimidate or distress — is strictly prohibited.
3.2 No Cheating or Exploitation
You must not use or attempt to use any cheat software, bot, automation tool, exploit, hack, or other unauthorised means to gain an advantage in the game. This includes but is not limited to:
- Modifying game client files or memory to alter game behaviour
- Using automated scripts or bots to perform actions on your behalf
- Exploiting unintended bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players in ways that violate the intended rules of any game mode
- Impersonating other players or staff members
3.3 No Illegal Activity
You must not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
3.4 Respectful Communication
All in-game chat and communication features must be used responsibly. Spam, deliberate flooding of chat, and the sharing of personal information of other users without their consent are prohibited.
4. Accounts & Termination
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. We are not required to provide a refund of any kind upon account termination.

5. Purchases & Virtual Goods
The Golden Conqueror may offer cosmetic items, skin packs, and other virtual goods ("Virtual Goods") for purchase. All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Virtual Goods are licensed to you, not sold. Your licence to use Virtual Goods is personal, non-transferable, and conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms.
If your account is banned or terminated as a result of a violation of these Terms — including violations of the Code of Conduct set out in Section 3 — your licence to all Virtual Goods associated with that account will be immediately and permanently revoked. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or alter the availability of any Virtual Goods at any time without notice or compensation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included in or forming part of the Service — including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, text, audio, and code — is the property of The Golden Conqueror and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an announcement in the game or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
