The Golden Conqueror is a strategy game where you build your kingdom, raise your armies, conquer your friends all in real time. Your city populations grow and your troops move on real world ticks (30 minute increments). This greatly enhances the depth of scheming you can get up to and makes the rise of your empire feel greater at the end of the week. The real time strategy format allows you to play the game at your pace, whether you want to check in once a day or twenty, your cities will progress and your armies will move.

There are currently two game modes (with plans for more in the future) in The Golden Conqueror. In Conquest, once you capture all of your opponents cities, they have lost the game. There is a set number of players that can win the game, and if your enemies cities have been destroyed, you (or your alliance) are declared the victors!

In Regicide, you need to scheme to kill off the royal family of your competitors. Once the prince, princess, king and queen are all killed, that player is defeated from the game!

Will you build up a network of allies across the land or go it alone? Will you hold nobles prisoner in your far off island fortress or execute them after battle? Will your cavalry run down enemy troops or will your fortified archers hold off siege after siege? The choice is yours! Get out and become the strongest in the land, The Golden Conqueror!
